BitchX users

Users that come from UN*X , Linux , or any other UNIX-like environement should not have a problem using TurboIRC . BitchX includes some commands that TurboIRC does not have them as "default aliases" , but you can use /_alias to port them to TurboIRC . Here are some examples :

• /4op : /_alias /4op 0 0 /mode $channel +oooo $1*
• /bk : /_alias /bk 0 0 /mode $channel -o $1|||/mode $channel +b $1|||/kick $channel $1 $2*

BitchX uses the same-style event-trap mechanism , so BitchX users should not have a problem understanding TurboIRC events .
